Install new GFCI outlet and rework wiring and switching to accommodate one slimline LED light in front of the toilet, one slimline LED light over the shower that is GFCI protected, one slimline LED light at the entry door, and one sconce above the vanity. Existing bath fan is already vented and wiring will be adjusted as needed. All rough-in and final electrical work included. Supply and install new vanity shutoff valves and waste line outside the wall, with the wall opened and termination relocated if needed to accommodate the new vanity. Install new vanity faucet supplied by the homeowner. Supply and install new shower valve assembly including rough-in and finish trim. Supply and install new elongated toilet with seat. All tub drain work and tub installation included. Supply and install new 60 by 32 bathtub. Replace bathroom baseboard cover. Install insulation on the exterior wall to reduce air intrusion and maintain a proper thermal break, and repair or replace ceiling insulation removed for electrical work.
