Replace the bottom plate of an existing exterior wall because treated lumber was not used and there is rot. Shore the roof trusses. Form and pour a small concrete curb wall to separate the wood structure from grade, because at the moment it is at the same level as the floor. This is also one of the reasons it has rot. Frame and sheath new wall and window opening in kind just as it was, and replace the old window with a new windown. Reside the wall with similar type siding. that will complete our repair work for this building.There are no Architechural plans for this building, so the best we can do at this point is submit a site plan in liu and talking with Gerry Miyazaki the Code Compliance Officer we want to schedule a pre-construction meeting at the start of the project.
