Approximately 9' of sidewalk on both sides of the apron (total 18') and a total of 30 linear feet of curb and gutter/flow line will be replace. A modified R-2.4A apron to be installed. The utility strip is only 2'6". The elevation of the sidewalk and rear of apron is above normal tolerances. The owner's cars bottom out on the apron. The sidewalk will be depressed on the right and left allowing the apron elevation to drop allowing car clearance. This will be done to ADA compliance of 2% cross slope and 12% down slope max.
