The scope of work for corner balcony repairs is limited to tiers 01, 10, 17, 43, 51, and 56. The consultant will provide engineered overhead protection and temporary shoring to support concrete repair locations. Existing railings and window systems will be protected and remain in place during construction. Concrete slab edge repairs will be performed at exposed slab edges and balconies, with the consultant directing the process. Post-tensioned pockets at slab edges will be repaired, along with damaged or broken cables. Post-tensioned cables damaged during normal construction activities will be repaired at no cost to the owner. Balcony sealants will be replaced, and exposed concrete soffits will be prepared, primed, and painted with breathable paint. Existing perimeter sealants will be replaced with new polyurethane sealant compatible with new traffic bearing membrane.
