The scope of work is to include a cosmetic rehab, new drywall, renovation of the kitchen and
bathroom, as well as installing new flooring and trim.
The contractor work shall fall under the City of Philadelphia EZ Alteration Permit Standards. The
structure appeared to be in good condition and no structural deficiencies were discovered during the
inspection.
It is our professional opinion that the work falls under these standards and may continue as planned.
