The utility room, as approved in the utility plan, is a shared room for both townhomes. Note that the room is surrounded by fire-rated partitions with metal doors. The elevator is no longer accessing the cellar. A full bathroom has been added to the front of the cellar Windows with prefabricated egress wells have been added at the rear of the building. The previously approved plans show a single window with a precast well. The second floor has been re-arranged slightly and with a larger laundry room and with one bathroom eliminated.
The third floor laundry and mechanical spaces have exchanged places and the rear left bedroom was reconfigured slightly to preferred dimensions. Two windows were eliminated on the North East side of the building. A powder room has been added to the fifth floor – note that this addition would make the net fixture change in this amendment (+1 toilet) and (+1 lavatory). no changes to exterior and Bedrooms to remain emergency egress openings**6/13/24-Amendment requested to show that the plans have been amended to change the spacing of rebar that was previously approved in the plans due to work completed in the field.
