Run a dedicated 50amp 240V line for a ChargePoint wall charger.
Install 3/4" pvc piping going from one of the 200amp electrical panels inside along the side of the home to the back right corner of the home.
Install the 3/4" pvc piping as low as possible running along the outside wall over to the ChargePoint wall charger.
Lift 4 grey pavers that are currently in the ground between the home and the detached garage in the dirt.
Trench the ground from the home over to the detached garage about 11 feet 18 to 24-inches deep.
Continue running the 3/4"pvc piping from the side of the home down into the trench across to the detached garage up the side of the garage wall and into the garage to the ChargePoint charger.
Install the customer supplied ChargePoint charger on the outside of the home back right corner.
Install the ChargePoint charger in the garage left side wall about 3ft in at 48-inches up from the garage floor.
Run# 8s & # #10EGCwire from the 200amp electrical panel through the entire length of the 3/4 " pvc piping down the outside wall into the trench up into the ChargePoint wall charger in the detached garage.
Torque down all copper wire electrical connections in the ChargePoint wall charger according to ChargePoints install guidelines.
Install a 50amp 240V Siemens double pole breaker in the main electrical panel for the ChargePoint wall charger.
Torque down the electrical connection on the 50amp double pole breaker inside the main electrical panel.
Label the breaker when complete.
Backfill all dirt back into the trench and tamper down and make level.
Place all 4 grey pavers back in the ground and make level.
