This is a (3) three apartment building all three apartments are serve by a single electrical panel located in the basement of the building. We plan on separating this electrical service so each apartment is serve by it's own electrical service panel we plan to accomplished this by installing a four gang meter pack with a meters (40 and an individual main breakers (4) that will serve as the disconnect for each apartments 100 amp main lug electrical panel that we plan on locating in each apartment, this will required us run the Service Entrance Riser cables through the basement of this property then fish them through the walls of the first floor apartment up to their respective electrical panels which will be located in each apartments hallway we then have to trace each apartments lighting, general, small appliance and bathroom circuits and re-feed them from the new panels. We plan on accomplishing this by fishing the walls in each apartment the circuits we can't fish through the walls we plan on using a surface mounted wire raceway (wire mold)
