-Cap off half inch existing line at the wall.
-Install gas shut off at meter.
-Run new one inch gas line at the meter up into the attic on the outside of the house.
-Run gas line through the attic to the existing tankless location.
-Bring gas line down the wall next to the water heater.
-Install ball valve and sediment trap.
-Install proper sized gas flex.
-Install tee on condensate line for vent.
-Install proper collar on the exhaust coming out of the roof jack.
The new pipe will be pressurized ano ready for inspection. This will be done the morning of inspection (this will be a separate trip out to the home).

-Run T&P line to existing stub out and tie in.
-T&P will be run in CPVC and tie into existing T&P in the wall.
-Run hot and cold water lines in copper to water heater.
-Cut a hole through the roof, install roof jack, run concentric venting through the roof and install a collar. The vent will be painted.
-Tie new gas line for water heater into the existing gas line.
-Install new full port gas shut off valve, sediment trap and gas flex.
-Dispose of old water heater.
-Piggyback off the outlet for the forced air unit and run to the tankless water heater location.
