Remodel of an existing 2-story residence:
First floor: expansion of the master closet, replacement of existing windows and door, remodel of existing closet into a new hallway/closet, removing dining room wall, adding new dining room wall and miscellaneous finish changes throughout.
Second floor: remodeling of an existing outdoor deck area into additional floor area which will become additional bedroom area for two existing bedrooms. the deck remodel will include new exterior walls, windows and a new roof which will tie into the existing high roof over the main house. the new interior floor area is 358 sf.,
CH-01 Remodeling the existing first floor full bathroom and a small portion of the existing utility room into a small powder room (toilet and sink) for guest use, and a full bathroom (with sink, toilet and shower). The work also includes remodeling the adjacent bedroom doors/wall to provide for direct access to the full bathroom and an additional door to access for guests. There are no changes to structural plans except the backgrounds changed so we included those drawings.
