Scope of work:
We will remove the existing Zinsco meter combo, and remove existing 4/0 feeder wire, feeder conduit, and existing weather head. We will install the new meter combo, as drawn, in its same location, with a new weather head, and feeder wire. Existing and new 3 wire 120/240V. New #6 bare copper ground wire will be run in conduit to the water faucet to the right of the meter combo and bonded to the faucet to provide cold water grounding to the entire building. The cold water at that location is connected via metal pipe to all cold water in the building. That ground wire will continue and be bonded to the gas line to the right of the water faucet and then continue at 8ft by 5/8-inch rod.
