This tenant improvement is limited to the removal of the existing 4-comp sink and installing a new 3-comp sink. A new dish sanitizer machine will be installed alongside of the new 3-comp sink. A new stainless steel dish table will be added to the new wash line and new floor sink will be installed. Potable water will be reconnected with new pressure reduction valve (P.R.V.) waste from the 3-comp sink will direct discharge into the existing sanitary waste line. The dish sanitizing machine will indirect discharge into the new floor sink with the required air gap. The new dish sanitizer machine will require a new 40 amp disconnect, 45" A.F.F. with a new power feed from (2) 30 amp breakers located in an (E) electrical panel.
