The kitchen and bath cabinets, solid surfaces and plumbing fixtures will finish being replaced (all had been removed and the tub installed and re-piped w/PEX, brass and drain set during repair), and a second lavatory sink added in a slightly wider 48" vanity, then proceed with the flooring, appliances and painting work as originally planned. There will also be minor electrical work, replacing (E) outlets as necessary, GFCI, to meet code, etc. and possibly replacing (E) lighting with (N) LED fixtures TBD.Sacramento County · 2025$12,600
