- EXTERIOR AREA OF ASSISTED RESCUE: Update the exiting and signage plan to indicate two of the existing exterior stairs to the loading dock as exterior areas for assisted rescue. The stair landings indicated are both existing and meet the requirements of CBC 1009.7. The revised drawings show the landing meets the (2) accessible wheel chairs space requirement but is serving less than 200 occupants at each location. Per CBC 1009.6.3 exception, the enforcing agency can reduce the number of required spaces to (2) 30x48 space if the load is under 200 occ.
- SAFE DISPERSAL AREA: The existing building does not provide for an accessible path of travel to the public ROW from the south exits at the loading dock.
